Trocaire Gifts of Love – Christmas 2019 Thank you to everyone who supported the Trócaire Christmas initiative. The total amount of gifts purchased was €890 and we also received a number of donations, (without cards) amounting to €183. A total amount of €1,073 has been sent on to Trócaire.

You are invited to come along to the monthly Prayer Meeting of the St. Joseph’s Young Priests’ Society on Monday, 13th January, at 7.30pm in Shalom Parish Centre (beside the church) to pray for vocations to the Priesthood and religious life.

The week of Prayer for Christian Unity has been organised by the Christian Churches in Malta and the theme this year is ‘Unusual Kindness’ As part of this week of prayer we invite you to join us for a Prayer Service in St. Thomas the Apostle Church, Jobstown at 3pm on Sunday, 19th January. It will be followed by light refreshments afterwards in the Pastoral Centre. All are most welcome.

Anam Cara South Dublin, the organisation that supports bereaved parents, is holding a Parent Support Event on Monday, 13th January at 7.20pm in the Maldron Hotel, Tallaght. This event is free and open to all bereaved parents regardless of the age your child died, the circumstances of their death, or whether their death was recent or not.
