IMPORTANT NOTICE – St Thomas the Apostle Parish

Dear Parishioners of St Thomas the Apostle parish, Jobstown and our broader Family of three parishes,

There has been considerable confusion about the future of our parish in the  light of last nights post on Facebook. PLEASE be reassured that there is NO immediate plan to close our parish church, pastoral centre or any of our Crosscare services.
We are delighted with the positive support offered by so many (even if it came from a misunderstanding).
The purpose of our bigger Parish Family is to support one another in becoming active followers of Jesus, so we can all live full lives with one another.
You can help in the first instance by praying for our parish community, including our own family and neighbours. You can also pray with our community in St. Thomas’ parish church on Thursdays at 10 am and on Sunday mornings at 11.30 am Mass.
Be encouraged to contact any member of the Parish Team to chat about how we might continue to build our parish community into the future.
We relay on your prayer and practical support into the future to continue to build our parish.
Together in Faith, Hope and Love.

Fr. Pat McKinley (moderator) on behalf of the Parish Team.
